Odin’s Runesong

Based on the poem from the Poetic Edda. To sum it up, Odin sacrificed himself to himself by hanging for nine days and nights on the world tree Yggdrasil in order to gain the secret of the runes. This is my interpretation of that scene based on a resurrection suspension. Check out more of my work at Noadi’s Art.
